1.Introduction

7.2   The prpwln name, brand mark and associated identifiers are the proprietary marks of prpwln. Nothing in these Terms transfers any trade mark rights to the User.

7.3   Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display or other use of any Content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, actionable under applicable law.

7.4   Where third-party trade marks, brand names or product names are referenced within Platform Content (including references to cricket boards, sports leagues, payment providers, or technology brands), such references are made for identification and contextual purposes only. No claim of ownership over third-party marks is asserted by prpwln, and no endorsement by or affiliation with those third parties is implied.

8.Disclaimers

15.2   Users located in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts retain jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents and that local mandatory consumer protection and gambling laws take precedence over any contractual choice of law.

15.3   If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4   A failure or delay by prpwln in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
